Position Description

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level IT Programmer to join our team. You’ll assist with maintaining our ERP system, and gain experience with scripting, reporting, and process automation. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support and help update our ERP system (ProCIM)

• Write and troubleshoot simple scripts (Python, SQL, Tcl/Tk)

• Assist in creating and modifying reports (Crystal Reports)

• Help automate workflows and improve system processes

• Learn about CAM software and collaborate with engineering

• Document technical work and follow IT best practices

• Provide general IT support across departments

Job Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of programming or scripting (Python, SQL, Tcl/Tk)

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a tech-focused role

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports, Linux, or ERP systems is a plus, not required

Salary Range

$50,000 – $60,000 annually
Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and specialized skills.
