Fixed Asset Accountant

A Fixed Asset Accountant is responsible to account for the company's fixed assets, including tracking, accounting, and reporting on their value and depreciation. This involves maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They also collaborate with other departments to streamline asset management processes and support financial reporting.
This position oversees compliance with company policies and takes the lead on process and policy updates and improvements. The position requires attention to detail and critical thinking skills to prevent inaccurate reporting.
The list of duties for this position include:
Managing fixed asset systems
Recording of asset activity
Posting of related journal entries
Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP
Working on special projects
Supporting internal and external audits
Performing other duties in support of the SSC GL team as directed by management
Supporting property tax filings
Required qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
5+ years of related experience
Experience in accounting particularly in fixed assets is required
Proficiency in accounting systems and fixed asset software (Oracle and CS Suites)
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to communicate accounting related topics
Demonstrate strong organizational skills #LI-EC1

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
