Salary Range:$21.00 To $25.00 Hourly

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dry Film Operator to join our team in Summit Interconnect, SC. As a Dry Film Operator (2nd Shift), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the dry film equipment to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience operating dry film equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the dry film equipment to produce high-quality products

  • Ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards

  • Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Skills:

As a Dry Film Operator, you will use your technical skills to operate and maintain the dry film equipment. You will also use your attention to detail to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot any issues that arise will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality management systems will be beneficial in this position.
