Responsibilities of an AOI Inspector

Inspect and verify components and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies accurately and efficiently.

Utilize PC-based programs to accurately record and report inspection results.

Maintain a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Troubleshoot any defects or issues with components or assemblies.

Communicate inspection results to other team members.

Document and track all inspection and quality-related tasks.

Ensure that products meet all quality standards and customer requirements.

Monitor quality assurance processes and procedures and suggest improvements.
