About the Opportunity

The Cobrabond Operator processes PCB layers through the Cobrabond Conveyorized Machine and ensures that all jobs are processed in accordance with Team leader directions, Traveler information, and Standard Operating Procedures. 

What You'll Do:

  • Reviews SOPs, work instructions, Team leader directions and the Traveler to ensure compliance with specifications; verifies that prior process was properly completed and that quantities match

  • Completes Process Analysis Log prior to start of work each shift

  • Sets up and operates Cobrabond Machine, including setting speed, start/stop, verify temperature setting and basic maintenance

  • Loads and unloads panels through the Cobrabond Machine

  • Visually inspects panels after processing for non-conformances 

  • Bakes layers using vacuum oven; logs in and out time

  • Replaces baths as needed and directed by Chem Lab, Team Leader and/or Process Engineer

  • Performs all other job tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently 

  • Ability to read and understand documents such as Travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

  • Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated

  • Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions

  • Must be able to work overtime as required

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) 

Please note that in addition to prolonged standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds; as well as repetitive hand and finger motion. 

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift (7:30am to 4:00pm)

  • Monday - Friday + Overtime

  • Weekends as needed

 

 Job Type:  On site, Full-time

California Pay Range

$17 - $18 USD

The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
