Responsibilities:

• Read and follow process instructions, pick & place programs, and furnished solder profile

• Verify pick and place program, ie. Polarity, alignment, and grouping

• Set up DEK solder paste printing, verify for alignment, missing solder paste, or bridging

• Setting up new jobs and unloading when complete

• Run job and verify against customer drawing

• Submit first article for inspection before proceeding with rest of the batch

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operating pick and place machines

• Familiarity with electronic components and their polarities

• Thorough knowledge of interpreting assembly drawings & processes

• Knowledgeable with moisture sensitive components

• Knowledgeable in loading programs & kits in Mycronic pick and place machines

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
