Purchasing - Assembly

Position Description:

We are an electronics manufacturing company located in North San Diego County looking for a hardworking and quick learning-motivated individual for an assembly purchasing agent. For this position, we are looking for individuals who work well in teams but are also able to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Read customer BOMs and documentation

• Search on approved internet electronic manufacturing parts websites

• negotiate and purchase electronic components

• Enter customer and purchasing information into our company ERP system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English

• Ability to speak, read, and neatly write English

• Ability to process high school-level mathematics

• Ability to work together as part of a team under limited supervision or independently

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

• Basic computer skills

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Outlook

Required Internal Training:

• HCI Orientation

• All pertaining process procedures that relate to job function

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

 Shift Hours: First 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
