 Shift: 2:30p - 11:00p

ITAR Compliance Requirement:

This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be considered for this position.

Scope: A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying an epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once the epoxy is cured.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate all department equipment, quality checks, preventative maintenance and minor repairs

  • Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system

  • Read and interpret shop orders to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count and verify quality

  • Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English

  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without straining

Experience and Education:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Similar manufacturing related industry preferred but not required

  • Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
