Plating Operator

Job Description:
Plating Technician - Experience working in a fast paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus. This is a full-time position.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing.
Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.
Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths.
Load the line
Work around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handling
Follow customers specifications
Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
Maintains and clean all department equipment
Screwing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)
Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time.
Position involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience, in manufacturing.
Will train the proper candidate.
Good written and verbal communications skills
Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Work closely with production staff and be a great team player
Education: HS Graduate or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
