PCB Fabrication Operator | 2nd Shift

Schedule: 2:30pm - 11pm
Scope:
A Fabrication Operator will perform all the duties related to fabricating Printed Circuit Boards into distinct parts/arrays from a production panel, including the start- up, set up, operation, preventive maintenance and produce a quality product.
Essential Job Function:
Operate multiple CNC machines simultaneously to fabricate low tolerance patterns (rout, milling, bevel)
Independently perform complex and standard machine set ups
Load Fabrication programs
Align production panels to tooling pins on Fabrication machine
Visually and mechanically inspect panels
Make required adjustments
Operate chamfer, V-scoring machine and beveling machines
Maintain a safe, neat and organized workplace
Wear all mandatory PPE
Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
Manual dexterity / steady hand required
Ability to read blueprints and drawings
Ability to use a scope, caliper and micrometer
Attention to detail
Good vision required
Good math skills
Computer skills (basic)
Able to work overtime, weekends as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must
Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train
Computerized numerical control experience helpful
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 25 pounds without straining
Able to stand throughout the entire shift

This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
